How it works

Play and missions earn XP. Ranks add one-time rewards, profile options, and chat features.
Eligible play → possible reward
Your recent eligible play is reviewed after each reward period.
Earn Shards → spend them in the Shop
Spend Shards in the Shop on spins, gift cards, merchandise, personalization, and cash rewards.
Rank does not set reward size. Moving up adds rank benefits. It does not automatically increase Monday, weekly, or monthly rewards.

Shards
Earn Shards through eligible wagers, missions, rank rewards, and other account activity.
XP raises your rank. Shards buy rewards.
Choose profile changes, spins, gift cards, merchandise, and cash rewards when available.
Shards cannot be purchased directly.
Ranks already include chat features, one-time rewards, and Shards. Your lifetime XP stays on record.
New rewards can be added to ranks you’ve already reached. Your past progress will count whenever possible.
