Monday Drop and reward rules

These rules explain who can receive a Monday Drop, how the wheel and 48-hour claim works, what each reward includes, and what changes when a reward is purchased with shards.

Who is eligible
  • The player must have a registered player account and an existing profile.
  • The player must have signed in during the previous 30 days when entitlements are issued.
  • The account must be inside the configured rollout or explicitly allowlisted.
  • The player country must not be blocked for Monday Drop.
  • Admin, staff and test accounts are not eligible.
  • Players with an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible.
  • Players with an active personal reward agreement are excluded from automated Monday Drop rewards.
  • Accounts under a configured multi-account, fraud or promotion-abuse review are not eligible.
  • Eligibility is checked again before spinning. Receiving an entitlement does not bypass a later safety or risk restriction.
  • Recent completed play is reviewed for each account. Internal classification thresholds and weights are not published because they could be manipulated; raw wager volume alone does not determine eligibility or reward value.
Wheel and redemption
  • The rewards page shows the exact opening and closing times in the player’s time zone. Eligible players have a nine-hour spin window.
  • The completed play period used for each drop is shown on the rewards page.
  • An eligible player receives no more than one spin for the weekly campaign.
  • Each eligible account receives a personalized wheel assembled after the completed accounting period and eligibility review.
  • Before the spin, every available prize is shown by name with its exact value and individual probability.
  • Reward value is based on eligible completed play and account-specific program checks. Live estimates, internal thresholds, coefficients and calculation bands are not published.
  • The result is selected by the server from the personalized pool shown to the player and can be verified from the proof shown after the spin.
  • After the spin, the player has 48 hours to claim the reward or choose the permitted alternative displayed for that result.
  • If no redemption is confirmed within 48 hours, the choice expires and no reward alternative is delivered.
  • Shards are an internal loyalty currency. They cannot be bought, sold or wagered. Eligible accounts can send whole-Shard tips only through the supported tipping flow after the applicable deposit, verification and safety checks; Shards cannot be traded or transferred to another player outside that flow. When the direct Shard exchange is available, eligible Shards can move one way into cash; cash cannot be converted into Shards.
  • A reward may be paused or replaced before a campaign is published when fulfillment is unavailable. Published odds and results are not silently changed.
  • Country-specific safer-gambling, promotion and supplier restrictions always take priority.
  • Wheel labels show each prize value. USED CARD marks a Used Gift Card collection outcome worth $0.01.
  • Physical rewards may take up to two months to arrive. Digital rewards may take up to 10 days to arrive.

Rules by reward type

The result and confirmation screens show the exact values that apply to the individual player.

Shards
  • Delivered to the player’s shard balance after selection.
  • Shards cannot be bought, sold or wagered. Eligible accounts can send whole-Shard tips only through the supported tipping flow after the applicable deposit, verification and safety checks; Shards cannot be traded or transferred to another player outside that flow. Any available direct Shard exchange is one way into cash and cannot be reversed.
  • The result has no cash alternative; the player claims the exact reward won.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Free spins
  • Choose the provider and game before spending Shards.
  • The review shows the exact number of spins, value per spin and total play value.
  • Use the spins on the selected game within 7 days of delivery.
  • Available providers and games depend on your verified country and account currency.
  • The result has no cash alternative; the player claims the exact reward won.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Sportsbook free bets
  • Delivered in the player’s wallet currency.
  • Eligible sports, events, markets, minimum odds and expiry are shown with the delivered reward.
  • The free-bet stake is not returned with winnings.
  • Void, cancelled and cash-out rules follow the sportsbook terms attached to the delivered free bet.
  • The result has no cash alternative; the player claims the exact reward won.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Cashback roll credits
  • Each credit unlocks one additional cashback roll when the normal cashback flow is otherwise eligible.
  • Normal cashback loss, funding and play-quality requirements continue to apply.
  • Credits are consumed one at a time and expire 7 days after delivery.
  • Unused or expired credits are not converted into shards or money.
  • The result has no cash alternative; the player claims the exact reward won.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Reload bonuses
  • The exact qualifying deposit, minimum qualifying credit, maximum bonus and expiry are displayed before confirmation.
  • One qualifying real-money deposit can activate the offer during its active window.
  • A deposit of at least 97.5% of the displayed target qualifies.
  • The bonus is capped at the exact amount displayed in the purchase review.
  • The cash bonus has no additional wagering requirement.
  • An active reload offer must be used or expire before another reload reward can be purchased.
  • The result offers the reload reward or its displayed shard equivalent.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Gift cards and subscriptions
  • Use a compatible account in the supported country or region shown for the product.
  • The delivered code includes its supplier redemption instructions and use-by date.
  • Physical delivery requires verified shipping details and a supported destination.
  • If the selected configuration becomes unavailable before reservation, choose an equivalent replacement or receive the Shards back.
  • The advertised digital configuration and redemption region are fixed before the spin.
  • Every gift card is an individual wheel outcome assigned to the snapshotted player tier.
  • Landing on the outcome wins that exact card and value; there is no post-spin product selector.
  • Choosing the cash alternative delivers that card’s exact USD reference value as a claimable Vault Reward.
  • Digital gift cards require a compatible account and supported United States redemption region.
  • The result offers the exact product or its exact cash equivalent in Vault Rewards.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Used Gift Card collection
  • Landing on any Used Gift Card outcome automatically adds one card to persistent collection progress.
  • Every five collected Used Gift Cards are consumed as one completed set and award $250 in bonus funds in the player’s wallet currency.
  • The collection bonus funds have a 1x wagering requirement and expire 30 days after delivery.
  • Used Gift Cards are worth $0.01 each, count toward collection progress, and do not have a separate cash-redemption choice.
  • The collection card is added automatically after the verified spin.
  • Collection progress appears in My Rewards.
Vault cash alternatives
  • Cash alternatives are delivered as a claimable Vault Reward, not as an immediate withdrawal.
  • The Vault Reward must be claimed within its displayed 48-hour window.
  • Withdrawal, KYC and account-review requirements still apply after the reward is claimed.
  • The result has no cash alternative; the player claims the exact reward won.
  • The redemption choice must be completed within 48 hours of the spin.
Shard Shop purchases
  • Every purchase has a final review screen showing the exact shard debit, reward value, qualification requirements, delivery method and expiry.
  • The player must acknowledge that review before shards can be deducted.
  • A successful Shard Shop purchase is a purchase of the displayed reward; it does not include the wheel’s cash or shard alternatives.
  • If the order cannot be fulfilled, staff can cancel it and return the exact shards deducted.
  • Purchasing can be paused independently while the catalogue remains visible for comparison.
Shards and money
  • Shards are Gamwiz internal loyalty currency.
  • Shards cannot be wagered or purchased directly and must not be sold or traded.
  • When the direct exchange is available for your wallet currency, you can exchange whole Shards one way into your cash balance at €0.04 per Shard. If your balance is in USD, the review screen shows the exact USD credit and EUR-to-USD rate before you confirm.
  • Cash cannot be exchanged for or used to buy Shards. A confirmed exchange is final.
  • The exchange adds no wagering requirement. KYC, account review, any existing bonus conditions and normal withdrawal rules still apply. A Vault cash alternative is a separate flow.

These program rules supplement the main Gamwiz terms, safer gambling rules, KYC policy and supplier-specific redemption terms. Where a legal or safer-gambling requirement is stricter, that rule takes priority.

Main terms
