These Terms govern use of Gamwiz.com and connected services. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.

The Service is owned by Gamwiz Inc., a Nevis company (Reg. C62780) licensed in Anjouan.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes apply once published; continued use means acceptance. Unsettled bets prior to a change stay under the prior Terms.

You are 18+ (or higher local majority), legally capable, and in an allowed jurisdiction. No VPN/proxy masking.

Use your own funds and accurate wallet details in good faith; bets can lose deposited funds.

Act for yourself only—no commercial use, market manipulation, or unlawful information.

No use if underage, in prohibited or FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions, or from restricted countries. No scraping, spamming, collusion, IP violations, or unlawful activity.

• Do not sell/transfer accounts or move funds between players.

• Company staff/relations need director or CEO consent to play for real money.

We may refuse registrations. Register personally, accept these Terms, and complete verification when requested, including once rolling deposits approach USD 10,000 equivalent or when risk review requires it.

Keep contact details accurate; protect credentials. One account per person. False data or duplicated accounts may be suspended or closed.

No credit is provided. We may suspend/close accounts for integrity or compliance; unsettled bets may be voided and funds withheld where warranted.

Self-exclusion via support locks the account and halts marketing. Accounts and associated rights cannot be transferred or pledged.

Gamwiz is crypto-only. Deposits are made through the supported token and network options shown in the cashier. You are responsible for choosing the correct token, network, amount, and destination details before sending funds.

Gamwiz does not add deposit fees. Normal blockchain or network transfer costs may apply outside Gamwiz, depending on the wallet, exchange, token, and network you use. Funds from illegal sources are banned.

Withdrawals are crypto withdrawals sent to the wallet address you choose in the cashier. You are responsible for checking that the address, token, and network are correct before confirming the request.

Gamwiz is built for fast crypto cash-outs. Processing time mainly depends on security approval, the selected blockchain network, and network confirmations. Additional compliance or fraud review may still be required where the law, AML controls, or account-risk review requires it.

Gamwiz does not add withdrawal fees or platform markups. The only withdrawal cost shown in the cashier is the normal blockchain/network transfer fee for the selected token and network.

Available withdrawal tokens, networks, minimums, and any network fee estimate are shown in the cashier at request time and may vary by token, network, liquidity, jurisdiction, and provider.

Crypto payments are processed through supported blockchain networks and approved crypto payment providers. By using a token or network, you also accept the relevant network and provider operating rules.

You must provide accurate wallet details and select the matching token and network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and Gamwiz is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, unsupported token, or a wallet you cannot access.

If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, linked to prohibited activity, or requires compliance review, we may pause related withdrawals, restrict account activity, and review associated balances and outcomes under these Terms and applicable law.

Obvious pricing, market, or technical errors can invalidate affected bets or outcomes. This includes incorrect odds, clearly misconfigured markets, and malfunction-driven bet acceptance.

Where an error is confirmed, we may correct settlement, void impacted tickets, and reverse related credits/debits so account balances reflect valid outcomes only.

If an overpayment occurred, we may recover the excess amount, including by offset against available balance where legally permitted.

A bet is valid only if it is accepted and recorded in your history with its ticket details. Unconfirmed slips or interrupted submissions are not valid bets.

Settlement follows official result sources and the exact market definition shown on the accepted ticket (for example regular time-only vs markets that explicitly include overtime/extra time).

Bets may be voided or refunded where events are cancelled/abandoned, official data cannot be verified, or market-specific void conditions apply. For multiples, void-leg handling follows the sportsbook calculation rules for that ticket type.

If you dispute a settlement, contact support with the bet ID. Reviews are performed against the accepted ticket terms and official result data.

We communicate via the Website or your registered email. Keep details current; you may opt out of marketing emails.

Force majeure (e.g., outages, government actions) may require suspension or cancellation without liability.

Liability is limited to the lesser of related bet value or €500. We are not liable for losses caused by your actions, third parties, or unforeseeable events; consumer use only.

Underage use or acting for minors is prohibited. Suspected accounts are locked; winnings retained; deposits may be returned or held until majority minus fees.

Fraud or criminal acts trigger withheld payments and liability for resulting losses; we may pursue civil/criminal remedies.

Gamwiz marks, odds, systems, and content are protected. Unauthorised use, scraping, or reproduction is forbidden.

Personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for non-commercial use only. No modification or redistribution without permission.

Prohibited behaviour includes unlawful content, malware, scraping, impersonation, automated account creation, and fraud. We may terminate access immediately.

Third-party links are for convenience; we do not control or endorse those sites.

Contact support via the Website using your registered email. Settlement disputes must be raised within 3 days; unresolved matters may escalate to management or arbitration.

You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign to a similar service provider with notice via the Service.

Unenforceable provisions will be modified to reflect intent; remaining Terms stay effective.

We may suspend or terminate for material breach without prior notice, with prompt notice afterward.

Terms remain while you use the Service. English version prevails if translations differ. Governing law: State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Entire agreement supersedes prior terms; no waiver unless written; singular/plural and gender references include each other.
