These Terms govern use of Gamwiz.com and connected services. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.

The Service is owned by Gamwiz Inc., a Nevis company (Reg. C62780) licensed in Anjouan.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes apply once published; continued use means acceptance. Unsettled bets prior to a change stay under the prior Terms.

You are 18+ (or higher local majority), legally capable, and in an allowed jurisdiction. No VPN/proxy masking.

Use your own payment methods in good faith; bets can lose deposited funds.

Act for yourself only—no commercial use, market manipulation, or unlawful information.

No use if underage, in prohibited or FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions, or from restricted countries. No scraping, spamming, collusion, IP violations, or unlawful activity.

• Do not sell/transfer accounts or move funds between players.

• Company staff/relations need director or CEO consent to play for real money.

We may refuse registrations. Register personally, accept these Terms, and complete verification when requested, including once rolling deposits approach USD 10,000 equivalent or when risk review requires it.

Keep contact details accurate; protect credentials. One account per person. False data or duplicated accounts may be suspended or closed.

No credit is provided. We may suspend/close accounts for integrity or compliance; unsettled bets may be voided and funds withheld where warranted.

Self-exclusion via support locks the account and halts marketing. Accounts and associated rights cannot be transferred or pledged.

Deposit with methods in your name; conversions/fees may apply. Chargebacks are prohibited and related winnings are forfeited. Funds from illegal sources are banned.

Minimum withdrawal €10 (or equivalent). 1x rollover avoids an 8% fee (min €4). Withdrawals typically return to the original method and may require wallet-ownership or security review. A withdrawal by itself does not create a fixed KYC threshold.

You are responsible for payments. Chargebacks may incur a €50 fee and forfeiture of winnings tied to reversed funds. Transactions may be reviewed for AML/CTF.

System or pricing errors void affected bets. We may correct outcomes, recover overpayments, and seek repayment if balances are insufficient.

Settlement follows posted results; overturned outcomes are ignored unless specified. Interrupted/unverified events may be refunded at our discretion. See sportsbook rules for details.

We communicate via the Website or your registered email. Keep details current; you may opt out of marketing emails.

Force majeure (e.g., outages, government actions) may require suspension or cancellation without liability.

Liability is limited to the lesser of related bet value or €500. We are not liable for losses caused by your actions, third parties, or unforeseeable events; consumer use only.

Underage use or acting for minors is prohibited. Suspected accounts are locked; winnings retained; deposits may be returned or held until majority minus fees.

Fraud or criminal acts trigger withheld payments and liability for resulting losses; we may pursue civil/criminal remedies.

Gamwiz marks, odds, systems, and content are protected. Unauthorised use, scraping, or reproduction is forbidden.

Personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for non-commercial use only. No modification or redistribution without permission.

Prohibited behaviour includes unlawful content, malware, scraping, impersonation, automated account creation, and fraud. We may terminate access immediately.

Third-party links are for convenience; we do not control or endorse those sites.

Contact support via the Website using your registered email. Settlement disputes must be raised within 3 days; unresolved matters may escalate to management or arbitration.

You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign to a similar service provider with notice via the Service.

Unenforceable provisions will be modified to reflect intent; remaining Terms stay effective.

We may suspend or terminate for material breach without prior notice, with prompt notice afterward.

Terms remain while you use the Service. English version prevails if translations differ. Governing law: State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Entire agreement supersedes prior terms; no waiver unless written; singular/plural and gender references include each other.
