A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed and recorded in your bet history with its ticket details. Check the selection, market scope, stake, accepted odds and potential return. Once confirmed, you cannot cancel or change a bet.

Only the price available through our live sportsbook at acceptance is available for betting. Advertisements, third-party prices and betslip previews do not guarantee acceptance at that price. Your odds-change setting determines whether a changed price can be accepted or requires a fresh confirmation.

Gamwiz may reject a bet or apply account, stake, market or payout limits. You must not bypass a limit by splitting activity across linked accounts. Changes to limits do not retrospectively rewrite an accepted ticket; errors and prohibited conduct remain subject to the applicable rules.

Bets are settled using the official result and the exact market definition. If the official result is unavailable, Gamwiz and DATA.BET may use reliable publicly available result sources. Settlement may be delayed while an outcome is verified; a market that cannot be verified will be void.

Markets cover regular time unless the market or sport-specific rule expressly includes overtime, extra time, penalties or another period. The sport and market rules in the PDF also determine player participation, retirements, disqualifications, venue changes and unusual match formats.

Scores, statistics, clocks and video streams on the site are informational, may be delayed or incorrect, and are not the settlement record. Bets are settled using decimal odds regardless of your display preference.

We may void affected bets where a market, participant, score or price was displayed incorrectly, selections were related but their correlation was not accounted for in the price, or bets were accepted after the outcome was known or through a technical or timing error.

Where incorrect scores or match information caused a significant pricing error, an affected bet may be voided or resettled at the correct price in accordance with the applicable DATA.BET rules. The correction applies to the affected ticket or market, not automatically to unrelated bets.

Incorrectly settled bets are subject to resettlement within 48 hours, and incorrect payouts may be reclaimed. This ordinary correction window is separate from the investigation of fraud, integrity concerns or prohibited player conduct under the Terms and Conditions.

A correction or void does not by itself establish misconduct. Knowingly exploiting an error, late acceptance or a stale price is separately addressed in Terms and Conditions, Sections 26-28.

Under the general rule, bets on an abandoned or postponed event stand if it resumes and is completed within 48 hours of its scheduled completion time. Sport-specific rules may use a different deadline or treatment, including different rules for already determined outcomes; those rules take priority.

If competitors, players or teams change, or an event is not completed or does not follow its advertised format, the applicable sport and market rules determine which open bets are void. Do not assume the same treatment for every sport.

A void single normally returns its stake. A void selection in an ordinary multiple is removed and the return is recalculated from the remaining valid selections. Bet Builders follow Section 5. Bonus and free-bet stake treatment follows the conditions of the offer used.

A Bet Builder combines selections from the same event into one priced bet. All internal selections must win for the Bet Builder to win. If any internal selection is void, the entire Bet Builder is void, even if another internal selection has won or lost. If there is no void selection and any selection loses, the Bet Builder loses.

When a Bet Builder is one leg of a multiple, a void internal selection voids that whole Bet Builder leg. The remaining legs continue and the multiple is recalculated. If another remaining leg loses, the multiple loses.

The same treatment applies to a multiple containing several Bet Builders: each Builder is one leg. A void inside one Builder does not void the other Builders. If all legs are void, the ticket is void and the applicable stake is returned.

A single contains one selection. An accumulator or combo combines selections into one bet; all valid legs must win, and their odds are multiplied. Correlated selections must use an available, correctly priced Bet Builder or other expressly supported market.

A system divides the total stake across the selected combinations. The ticket identifies the combinations and stake allocation. Some combinations can win while others lose, so a return may be lower than the original total stake.

Unless a specific rule says otherwise, outright selections are treated as runners and a selection that does not participate is settled as a loss.

For a dead heat, the stake is divided by the number of tied participants, the winning portion is paid at the accepted odds and the remaining portion is lost, subject to the market's specific place terms.

Where Rule 4 applies after a withdrawal, winnings may be reduced according to the withdrawn selection's price. The complete deduction table is in the PDF. Combined deductions for multiple withdrawals are capped at 90% of winnings under that rule.

We may suspend settlement or account activity where there are substantiated concerns about fraud or event integrity, and may void affected bets or withhold payment pending the relevant investigation.

For esports, the supplied DATA.BET rules allow settlement to be suspended for up to 72 hours and bets to be refunded on evidence of fixing or unsportsmanlike conduct, without requiring the tournament organiser to acknowledge a breach. Details that would compromise integrity sources or another person's privacy may be withheld.

An event-level refund does not automatically mean that a player was involved in fixing. Player misconduct and account remedies are assessed separately under Terms and Conditions, Sections 26-28.

Cash-out is an optional request to settle all or an eligible part of a ticket before its normal conclusion. It is available only where the sportsbook displays an eligible offer. Availability can change or be suspended; it is not guaranteed for every bet, market or event.

The quoted amount may change while a request is being processed. A request is complete only when accepted and recorded in your history. An unaccepted or failed request leaves the remaining bet open under its original terms.

An incorrect quote, a known result, an erroneous settlement or a promotion restriction may require a cash-out to be rejected or corrected. Any adjustment follows the applicable ticket, promotion and error rules. The eligible bet types and available amounts are those shown on your ticket.

The specific Gamwiz offer determines which balance funds the bet, whether a free-bet stake is returned, how winnings are credited, any expiry and any wagering or withdrawal conditions. A free bet, restricted bonus and cash reward are not interchangeable. The offer and accepted ticket records govern their treatment. For new bets under the current bonus wagering rules, sports bets need accepted total decimal odds of 1.40 or higher, and every system combination must meet this minimum. Tickets containing Enhanced Odds home or away win selections do not count. Each eligible bet contributes at most €50 or its currency equivalent, including casino and in-house games. Larger stakes do not add more wagering credit. Previously earned wagering progress stays unchanged. Casino: bets with a selected payout multiplier require a verified 1.40× or higher before the result. Settings below this minimum do not count. Rocket Dice does not count because its selected odds cannot be verified. Other eligible slots follow their game rules. Plinko and Keno retain their existing wagering eligibility.

Cashback, Monday Drop, improved odds, Mega Odds, Boosted Odds, ComboBoost, monthly bonuses and all other rewards are subject to Terms and Conditions, Sections 26-28. Confirmed bonus abuse results in cancellation of the total bonuses and promotional benefits received across established linked accounts and account closure, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For balance use, bonus expiry and promotional cash-out eligibility, the Gamwiz offer terms and accepted ticket govern. Sport-specific rules continue to determine the underlying result.

Prohibited conduct includes attempts at arbitrage or coordinated opposing bets, value betting, dropping-odds betting, late betting, participation in fixed or manipulated events, technical exploitation and evasion of account or betting limits. These terms have the specific meanings given in Terms and Conditions, Sections 26-28.

Following review, a breach may result in voided bets, reversed returns, forfeiture of some or all of the account balance, including deposited funds where legally permitted, and account closure. Accounts established to be commonly controlled or operated as a coordinated arrangement are treated as one account for eligibility, limits and enforcement. The same decision applies across those linked accounts.

A temporary investigation hold is separate from a final decision. A later odds movement or a winning bet alone is not conclusive evidence of misconduct. The Terms explain the evidence review, notification, balance adjustments and how to challenge a finding.

Contact support@gamwiz.com with your bet ID, event and the outcome or adjustment you dispute. Raise settlement queries as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours. Account, bonus and integrity decisions may be challenged through the review process in the Terms and Conditions.

If a situation is not covered, Gamwiz will determine it reasonably using the accepted market, the relevant result evidence and these rules, subject to applicable law. Changes apply from publication or the stated effective date and do not retrospectively alter accepted bets. This English edition is authoritative; older translations do not replace it.
