Gamwiz.com is operated by Gamwiz Inc. (Reg. C62780), Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis. Licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. You must be 18+, verified, and in an eligible jurisdiction.

Section 1
These Terms govern use of Gamwiz.com and connected services. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
The Service is owned by Gamwiz Inc., a Nevis company (Reg. C62780) licensed in Anjouan.
The Betting Rules and the specific conditions of any promotion you use form part of these Terms. Gamwiz Inc. is your contracting operator; DATA.BET supplies sportsbook services. References to the sportsbook, we, us or the Company in the Betting Rules mean Gamwiz unless the context expressly identifies the provider.
Section 2
We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version and giving any notice required by applicable law. A new version applies from publication, or a later effective date stated with it. It does not retrospectively change the terms of bets already accepted or conduct that occurred before it took effect. Continuing to use the Service after the applicable effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
For settlement, the specific market terms take priority over the sport-specific rules, which take priority over the general Betting Rules. Sections 26-28 govern player conduct, linked accounts, promotional eligibility and account remedies. Those sections do not replace the sport-specific method of determining a match result. Mandatory law and any non-excludable player rights take priority over all of these documents.
Section 3
You are 18+ (or higher local majority), legally capable, and in an allowed jurisdiction. No VPN/proxy masking.
Use your own funds and accurate wallet details in good faith; bets can lose deposited funds.
Act for yourself only—no commercial use, market manipulation, or unlawful information.
Section 4
No use if underage, in prohibited or FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions, or from restricted countries. No scraping, spamming, collusion, IP violations, or unlawful activity.
Do not sell/transfer accounts or move funds between players.
Company staff/relations need director or CEO consent to play for real money.
Section 5
We may refuse registrations. Register personally, accept these Terms, and complete verification when requested, including once rolling deposits approach USD 10,000 equivalent or when risk review requires it.
Keep contact details accurate and protect your credentials. One personal account is permitted per person. You must not open, access, control or use another account to avoid a restriction or obtain additional benefits. False details, duplicate accounts and coordinated use of other people's accounts are subject to Sections 26-28.
Section 6
No credit is provided. We may restrict or close accounts for integrity, security or compliance reasons. Reviews, withholding of payments, balance adjustments and closure for sportsbook or bonus abuse are governed by Sections 26-28.
Self-exclusion via support locks the account and halts marketing. Accounts and associated rights cannot be transferred or pledged.
Section 7
Gamwiz is crypto-only. Deposits are made through the supported token and network options shown in the cashier. You are responsible for choosing the correct token, network, amount, and destination details before sending funds.
Gamwiz does not add deposit fees. Normal blockchain or network transfer costs may apply outside Gamwiz, depending on the wallet, exchange, token, and network you use. Funds from illegal sources are banned.
Section 8
Withdrawals are crypto withdrawals sent to the wallet address you choose in the cashier. You are responsible for checking that the address, token, and network are correct before confirming the request.
Gamwiz is built for fast crypto cash-outs. Processing time mainly depends on security approval, the selected blockchain network, and network confirmations. Additional compliance or fraud review may still be required where the law, AML controls, or account-risk review requires it.
Gamwiz does not add withdrawal fees or platform markups. The only withdrawal cost shown in the cashier is the normal blockchain/network transfer fee for the selected token and network.
Available withdrawal tokens, networks, minimums, and any network fee estimate are shown in the cashier at request time and may vary by token, network, liquidity, jurisdiction, and provider.
Section 9
Crypto payments are processed through supported blockchain networks and approved crypto payment providers. By using a token or network, you also accept the relevant network and provider operating rules.
You must provide accurate wallet details and select the matching token and network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and Gamwiz is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, unsupported token, or a wallet you cannot access.
If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, linked to prohibited activity, or requires compliance review, we may pause related withdrawals, restrict account activity, and review associated balances and outcomes under these Terms and applicable law.
Section 10
Obvious pricing, market, or technical errors can invalidate affected bets or outcomes. This includes incorrect odds, clearly misconfigured markets, and malfunction-driven bet acceptance.
Where an error is confirmed, we may correct settlement, void impacted tickets, and reverse related credits/debits so account balances reflect valid outcomes only.
If an overpayment occurred, we may recover the excess amount, including by offset against available balance where legally permitted.
Correction of an error is separate from a finding of player misconduct. An error may require a ticket or balance correction even where the player did not cause or knowingly exploit it. Additional account sanctions for prohibited conduct require the review described in Section 28.
Section 11
A bet is valid only when accepted and recorded in your history with its ticket details. A slip preview, interrupted submission or unconfirmed request is not an accepted bet. Once accepted, you cannot cancel or change it; an available cash-out facility is a separate settlement request.
The English Betting Rules linked from the Help Center govern settlement, refunds, Bet Builders, systems, cash-out and sport-specific outcomes. They reflect the DATA.BET rules used by our sportsbook, together with the Gamwiz-specific conditions expressly identified there.
Ordinary settlement errors may be resettled within 48 hours under the Betting Rules, and incorrect payouts may be recovered. The separate review of suspected fraud, prohibited betting or bonus abuse is governed by Sections 26-28; the ordinary settlement-correction window is not a deadline for reporting or investigating misconduct.
If you dispute a settlement, contact support with the bet ID. Reviews use the accepted ticket, the rules applicable when it was accepted and the relevant result evidence.
Section 12
We communicate via the Website or your registered email. Keep details current; you may opt out of marketing emails.
Section 13
Force majeure (e.g., outages, government actions) may require suspension or cancellation without liability.
Section 14
Liability is limited to the lesser of related bet value or €500. We are not liable for losses caused by your actions, third parties, or unforeseeable events; consumer use only.
Section 15
Underage use or acting for minors is prohibited. Suspected accounts are locked; winnings retained; deposits may be returned or held until majority minus fees.
Section 16
Fraud or criminal activity may result in account restrictions, withheld payments, correction or recovery of funds and civil or criminal action where appropriate and permitted by law. Sportsbook conduct, bonus abuse and linked-account decisions follow Sections 26-28.
Section 17
Gamwiz marks, odds, systems, and content are protected. Unauthorised use, scraping, or reproduction is forbidden.
Section 18
Personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for non-commercial use only. No modification or redistribution without permission.
Section 19
Prohibited behaviour includes unlawful content, malware, scraping, impersonation, automated account creation, and fraud. We may terminate access immediately.
Section 20
Third-party links are for convenience; we do not control or endorse those sites.
Section 21
Contact support@gamwiz.com or support through the Website using your registered email. For a settlement query, send the bet ID and the issue as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, so it can be checked within the ordinary correction window.
For a conduct, bonus or linked-account decision, provide the account or decision reference and any information you want reviewed. You may request a further review by a member of staff who was not responsible for the original decision. These procedures do not remove any complaint, regulatory, court or other remedy available under applicable law.
Section 22
You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign to a similar service provider with notice via the Service.
Section 23
Unenforceable provisions will be modified to reflect intent; remaining Terms stay effective.
Section 24
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach. Where an investigation requires immediate restrictions, notice may follow the restriction. Sportsbook and bonus-abuse decisions, including their application to linked accounts, are subject to Sections 26-28.
Section 25
Terms remain while you use the Service. English version prevails if translations differ. Governing law: State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Entire agreement supersedes prior terms; no waiver unless written; singular/plural and gender references include each other.
Section 26
The sportsbook is offered for personal betting under the published rules. You must not use, or attempt to use, the sportsbook to exploit prices, timing, technical faults, promotions or account controls in the ways described below. These restrictions apply whether you act alone, with other people, through another account, or alongside bets placed with another bookmaker, exchange or betting service. An unsuccessful attempt can still breach these Terms.
We assess the circumstances and available evidence, including ticket and event timestamps, price and market records, the pattern and relationship of bets, account access and funding links, and information from our sportsbook provider or an integrity body. A winning bet, a later movement in odds or an account being profitable does not, by itself, establish a breach.
An event may be investigated or its bets voided under the Betting Rules without a finding that every player who bet on it was involved in misconduct. Account-level sanctions require a separate finding under these Terms.
Following the review in Section 28, a confirmed breach or attempt may result in cancellation of pending or settled bets, reversal of returns, removal of promotional benefits, permanent betting restrictions and account closure. Depending on the findings and seriousness of the conduct, we may also forfeit some or all of the account balance, including winnings, bonus-derived funds and deposited funds, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These remedies may apply to all accounts established to be linked under Section 28. A routine void under the Betting Rules normally returns or recalculates the stake; forfeiture of a balance is a separate account decision and is not an automatic consequence of a void.
Section 27
Promotions are available only when used in accordance with their stated purpose, eligibility criteria and limits. These rules apply to all bonuses and rewards, whether credited as bonus funds, cash, free bets, increased returns or another benefit. They include cashback and Roll for Cashback, Monday Drop, Friday and monthly rewards or bonuses, improved odds, Mega Odds, Boosted Odds, ComboBoost, welcome offers, reloads, loyalty benefits and any similar or future promotion.
The conditions of each offer continue to determine qualifying activity, calculation, expiry, withdrawal and wagering requirements. A cash reward or an offer with no wagering requirement remains subject to the conduct and anti-abuse rules in these Terms.
You must not obtain, increase, repeat, unlock or convert a benefit through activity that circumvents its conditions or artificially creates qualifying play, losses, turnover or eligibility. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
If bonus abuse or an attempt to abuse a bonus is established after review, we will close the account and cancel the total amount of bonuses and promotional benefits received across the account and all accounts established to be linked under Section 28, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This is not limited to the last bonus claimed or to the particular offer that triggered the review.
This cancellation covers outstanding and previously credited benefits, including benefits converted into cash, and winnings or returns derived from them. We may reverse credits, remove related balances and recover amounts already paid by a lawful offset or other lawful recovery process. The same amount will not be recovered twice; the decision will identify the benefits and adjustments included.
Where the activity also breaches Section 26, the sportsbook remedies in that section may apply, including forfeiture of some or all of the account balance where legally permitted. Bonus cancellation alone does not automatically convert every personal deposit into bonus funds.
Section 28
For eligibility, limits and enforcement under these Terms, accounts established to be under common ownership or control, used on behalf of the same person, or operated together as a coordinated arrangement are treated as one account. A decision concerning sportsbook abuse, bonus abuse, limits, restrictions or closure applies to every account established to form part of that arrangement, including accounts held in different names.
We may assess identity and verification records, payment instruments and wallets, device and access information, account-management patterns and coordinated betting or reward activity, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. A shared IP address, home address or device alone does not conclusively establish common control or abuse; we consider the evidence as a whole and any explanation provided.
A person must not use a linked or replacement account to continue activity after a restriction. Each affected account will be identified in the decision sent to its holder without unnecessarily disclosing another person's private information.
Where there are reasonable grounds to investigate, we may temporarily restrict betting, rewards, account access or withdrawals, and hold settlement or funds as necessary to protect the review and meet legal obligations. A temporary restriction is not a final finding of abuse or forfeiture.
We may request proportionate information about identity, account access, funding, betting or the use of a promotion. We will review the available evidence without unnecessary delay and give an update if additional time or information is needed. A settlement-specific time limit in the Betting Rules does not authorise an indefinite account hold; any continued hold must have a separate, lawful and explained basis, subject to legal disclosure restrictions.
A final decision will be based on documented findings and applied reasonably and proportionately, subject to applicable law. We will notify you of the relevant rule, the conduct found, the action taken and any balance or bonus adjustment. We may withhold details that would disclose another person's information, compromise fraud controls or an investigation, or breach a legal obligation.
You may challenge the findings or the link between accounts by contacting support@gamwiz.com with the decision reference and any supporting information. You may request a further review by a member of staff not responsible for the original decision. If a decision or adjustment is incorrect, we will correct it and restore any funds or benefits wrongly removed.
Restrictions, forfeiture and recovery under these Terms apply only as permitted by applicable law. Funds that we have no lawful basis to retain will be made available for withdrawal, subject to required identity, security and compliance checks. Your statutory complaint and dispute rights remain available.
