Create Your First Party | Step-by-Step Wizard
Follow the four screens: Basic details, Roster & equity, Settings, and Review & launch.
Go to Lounge → Parties → Create new. Pick a slug, choose public or private, set the seed amount, invite players with equity totals that hit 100%, configure spectator access, review the summary, then click Launch Party. Funds move immediately and the manage view appears right after.
This guide mirrors the exact wizard you see on desktop. Screens are simple, but each one locks real money, so take a moment to double-check before launching.
Party fundamentals
Shared bankrolls with clear seats
A party is a single bankroll for up to five seated players. Every seat has a role, an equity percentage, and a matching USD contribution. Observers can watch or buy action, but they cannot spend funds.
Captains create the squad, invite teammates by username, and lock each contribution. Once launched, the manage view shows shared balance, ROI, stream link, and the buttons to rebalance or close & settle.
Key Benefits
- ✓One button settles wins and losses instantly
- ✓Ledger plus captain notes keep everyone aligned
- ✓Spectator gates protect streams and private runs
- ✓Shared bankroll helps you ride out variance

Confirm you have enough balance for the seed, then go to Lounge → Parties and hit Create new.
Actions:
- →Review bankroll ready banner for your available USD balance
- →Skim the launch checklist on the right rail
- →Have teammate usernames handy before you start
💡 Tip: You can cancel mid-way, but seed money only moves after you press Launch.

- →Select Public (listed) or Private (invites only)
- →Enter the USD seed amount (minimum $1, debited immediately)

- →Pick a preset (solo, duo, trio, squad, party) or choose Custom roster
- →Enter @usernames exactly as they appear on Gamwiz

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit anything after launching?
Yes. Use Rebalance equity for seat changes, edit captain notes for instructions, and update spectator settings whenever you need to tighten access.
Do I need invites accepted before launch?
No. You can launch with placeholder seats. Invites lock in once the teammate accepts, and you can reassign the equity if plans change.
What if someone backs out before paying?
Edit the roster, remove their seat, or lower their equity before you press Launch. After launch, use Rebalance equity or close & settle if funds already moved.
Why does the seed debit immediately?
Funds need to sit inside the shared wallet before you can bet together. Debiting at launch keeps ledgers accurate and prevents negative balances.
Can I duplicate a previous party?
Not yet. Most captains keep notes or templates externally, then run through the wizard again.
How do I end the session?
From the manage view press Close & settle. The shared balance returns to each wallet based on the locked equity, and the ledger records the payout.
