Invite Team Members to Your Party
Send clean invitations, lock equity, and keep pending seats organized.
Add teammates from the Roster & equity step: type the @username, choose Player or Observer, set the equity percentage plus USD contribution, then hit Add invite. Pending seats stay visible in the manage view until the player accepts or you remove them.
Invites are tied to identities, not mystery links. This keeps the ledger clean and makes sure every dollar matches a seat.
Sections
Section 1
Prep before inviting
- Ask teammates when they can go live. The wizard assumes they are ready as soon as you hit Launch.
- Pick backup players and observers in case someone ghosts.
- Players need bankroll ready and count toward the 5-seat limit.
- Observers never touch the shared wallet but can watch, tip, or buy action on public parties.
Section 2
Sending the invite
- Enter @usernames exactly as they appear on Gamwiz; no email invites are supported.
- If someone recently changed handles, verify in chat before submitting.
- Type the percentage and USD amount per seat—the totals must hit 100%.
- Toggle "Let invitee choose split" only when you trust them to adjust their own percentage.
- Observers still appear in the roster so you can promote them later.
- Spectator gate rules (Open, KYC, Manual) control whether outside viewers can join.
Section 3
After sending
- Pending invites show directly under each seat with status text—follow up in chat if someone is slow.
- Remove and re-add the seat if a notification failed; this refreshes the invite.
- From the manage view you can Upgrade observer → player once their bankroll is confirmed.
- Always keep at least one backup captain to avoid being the only person with invite powers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I invite someone who has not finished KYC?
Yes. They can join and play, but if their rolling deposits approach $10,000 USD equivalent, they should complete KYC to avoid interruptions.
What happens if they decline?
The seat simply frees up. Adjust the equity split or invite someone else before launching.
Can I send one link to multiple people?
No. Gamwiz ties every seat to a username so payouts remain auditable. Add each teammate individually.
