The party wizard replaces hand-written IOUs with an auditable process. Each step captures who is playing, how much money they brought, and who is allowed to watch. Once you launch, the manage view shows the shared balance, ROI, ledger downloads, and the buttons to rebalance equity or close and settle.

Captain

Creates the squad and keeps everything compliant.

Permissions:

Create/delete the party and choose visibility
Invite or remove players and observers
Set spectator gates and add stream links
Rebalance equity before a settlement
Close & settle and download the ledger

Each party has one captain at a time. Promote another player before demoting yourself.

Player

Seated teammate who can wager from the shared balance.

Permissions:

Place wagers using the shared bankroll
Confirm their USD contribution and equity
Request seat changes or new invites
View stats, captain notes, and the ledger

Up to five seats total (captain plus four players).

Observer

Watch-only supporter, coach, or streamer audience member.

Permissions:

Watch gameplay when the spectator gate allows
See live balance, ROI, and recaps
Chat with the team and tip the squad
Buy action on public parties when enabled
Request a promotion to a player seat

Observers can be required to finish KYC or wait for manual approval before they can watch or buy action.

When parties shine

Streaming nights

Link Twitch or Kick so viewers can join as observers, watch the shared balance update in real time, and buy action when you open the gate.

Captain 60%, Player 20%, two observers buy 10% each as backers.

Learning pods

Use crew notes for study plans, seat new players at lower equity, and promote them once they are ready to contribute more.

Mentor 50%, two learners at 25% each.

Friends pooling bankroll

Split a weekend bankroll evenly, rotate who plays, and settle instantly when it is time to cash out.

Four friends at 25% each, manual approvals for spectators.

Public buy-action runs

Keep the roster tight while letting verified observers purchase small stakes. Close & settle after each stream so backers get paid quickly.

Captain 40%, two players at 30%, observers buy 0.5–5% lots.

Transparent ledger

Every deposit, win, and settlement is logged. No spreadsheets needed.

Shared variance

Bigger shared bankrolls ride out cold streaks better than solo play.

Guardrails

Visibilities, spectator gates, and captain notes keep expectations clear.

Built for teamwork

Observers provide input without touching the bankroll until they are promoted.

Stream ready

One stream link surfaces everywhere your party is listed.

How Parties Work

Four screens before your first bet

1

Name it and seed funds

About 2 minutes

Pick a party slug, decide if the squad is public or private, and set the seed amount (minimum $1). The seed is debited immediately and becomes the shared balance you will see in the manage view.

Crew notes keep the ground rules, schedule, or streaming plan in one place.
2

Set roster and equity

3 minutes

Choose a preset (solo, duo, trio, squad, party) or add seats manually. Enter each username, role, equity percentage, and USD contribution. The wizard enforces a 100% total and keeps equity synced to deposits.

Captains can allow a teammate to edit their own split with the toggle on each seat.
3

Control spectators

2 minutes

Pick a spectator gate: Open access, KYC required, or Manual approvals. Add an optional stream link (Kick, Twitch, etc.) and confirm the compliance toggle for public squads.

Spectator rules only affect watchers. Seats are always controlled by invites.
4

Launch and manage

Ongoing

Review the summary, read the "Seed funds move immediately" reminder, then click Launch Party. From the manage view you can update notes, add a stream link, download the ledger, rebalance equity, or close and settle when play stops.

Settlements always follow the equity that is locked in when you press Close & settle.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can play in a single party?

Up to five seated players (captain included). Observers and backers are unlimited but still respect your spectator gate settings.

What happens to the seed amount?

The seed is debited from the captain immediately when you click Launch Party. It becomes the shared balance shown in the manage view and is part of every settlement.

Can observers place bets?

No. Observers only watch, chat, and buy action when allowed. Only captains and players can launch games or spend the shared bankroll.

When can I change equity?

You can edit contributions during the wizard or use the Rebalance equity button after launch. Changes take effect before the next settlement.

Do party wagers count toward VIP tiers and cashback?

Yes. Your share of every wager is credited to your personal stats, so a 20% seat means 20% of that session's volume and rewards.

How do settlements work?

When the session is finished, press Close & settle. Gamwiz calculates profit or loss based on the current shared balance and distributes funds to each wallet according to the locked equity percentages.
