Safeplay Self-Assessment | 10-Question Check-In
Answer honest prompts to gauge your gambling risk and get tailored guidance inside Safeplay
Open Settings → Safeplay → Self-Assessment and answer ten Yes/Sometimes/No questions. Safeplay scores your responses, labels the risk level, and suggests next steps (tighten limits, take a Break In Play, or seek help).
The self-assessment is a private wellness check. It takes less than two minutes, stores results in Safeplay only, and helps you see trends over time. Scores never impact withdrawals or account status—they simply guide your next responsible gaming move.

Tips for meaningful check-ins
💡 Set reminders
Calendar alerts or Safeplay notes ensure you take the assessment on a schedule, not only when things already look bad.
💡 Pair with actions
If the result moves from Healthy to Caution, immediately lower limits or start a Break In Play.
💡 Share selectively
Trusted friends, party captains, or therapists can hold you accountable if you choose to send them the summary.
Check in before you play
Use the self-assessment weekly to catch problems early and adjust Safeplay controls before losses pile up.

Does a high-risk score lock my account?
No. The assessment is for your awareness. Only you can activate Break In Play or self-exclusion, though support may reach out if you request it.
Can I change an answer after saving?
Retake the assessment and Safeplay replaces the previous result. There is no edit history shown to anyone else.
Is it anonymous?
Yes. Results live only inside your Safeplay history. They are not shared publicly or used for marketing decisions.
