How to Track Your Cryptocurrency Transaction | Gamwiz Guide
Learn how to track Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other crypto transactions using blockchain explorers. Find your TXID, check confirmations, and monitor status.
Tracking a crypto transfer is easy: grab the TXID from your wallet or email, open the explorer linked in Bank → Deposit/Withdraw, paste the TXID, and watch confirmations in real time.
Every Gamwiz deposit or withdrawal exposes a TXID so you can follow progress on-chain. This guide shows how to find that ID, pick the right explorer, and interpret the confirmation timeline.
Open Bank → Deposit or Withdraw
Launch the explorer
Paste the TXID
Check confirmations
Escalate if stalled
Why tracking matters
Transparency
Blockchain explorers show exactly where your transaction sits in the queue.
Know when to expect funds
Match confirmation counts with Gamwiz requirements to predict balance updates.
Resolve issues faster
Sharing the TXID with support lets us trace stuck deposits or withdrawals instantly.
Checklist
Have the TXID ready
Copy the transaction hash from your wallet, exchange, or Gamwiz notification email.
Identify the network
Make sure you know which blockchain the transfer used (BTC, ETH, SOL, TRC20, etc.).
Open the correct explorer
Use the link shown in Bank → Activity or pick from the explorer list below.
Trusted explorer links
Use these official explorers for the most accurate confirmation data.
| Cryptocurrency | Explorer | Required confirmations |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | mempool.space | 1-3 |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Etherscan | 1 |
| Solana (SOL) | Solscan | Instant (<1 block) |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Blockchair LTC | 2-3 |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | Dogechain | 1-2 |
| USDT (TRC20) | Tronscan | 20 |
| USDT (ERC20) | Etherscan | 1 |
| USDC (Solana) | Solscan | Instant |
| BNB Smart Chain | BscScan | 1 |
| Polygon (MATIC) | PolygonScan | 1 |
Tracking pitfalls to avoid
Fix these and the explorer will always show the right info.
Wrong explorer
Using a BTC explorer for an ERC20 transfer returns no results.
Match the explorer to the token’s network—links above cover every supported coin.
Always open the explorer from the Bank Activity card.
Incorrect TXID
Partial or truncated hashes won’t resolve.
Copy the TXID exactly—no spaces, no missing characters.
Use the Copy button in your wallet instead of typing manually.
Pending broadcast
Exchanges sometimes delay broadcasting; the explorer shows nothing yet.
Wait for the exchange to provide a TXID or contact their support.
Favor wallets that broadcast immediately.
Share with support
TXID and explorer URL
Send the direct link so support can view the same transaction.
Timestamp and amount
Include when you sent and the exact amount in crypto.
Screenshot of explorer
Attach the confirmation count—especially if it exceeds our requirement.
Track your transfer now
Open Bank → Deposit or Withdraw to launch the explorer link and monitor confirmations as they land.

Can I track a transaction without the TXID?
Yes, but it's harder. You can search by wallet address on blockchain explorers to see all transactions for that address. However, TXID is the easiest and most accurate way to track a specific transaction.
Why is my transaction taking so long to confirm?
Network congestion and low transaction fees are the main reasons. During busy periods (bull markets, high network activity), transactions with lower fees take longer. Consider using faster cryptocurrencies like Solana or XRP for urgent transfers.
Can blockchain explorers see my personal information?
No. Blockchain explorers only show: addresses (anonymous strings), amounts, and timestamps. They cannot see names, emails, or any personal info unless you publicly link your address to your identity.
Is it safe to share my TXID publicly?
Generally yes—TXIDs only reveal the transaction details (addresses and amounts), not control over funds. However, avoid sharing if you want to keep transaction amounts private, as anyone can view them on the blockchain.
What if blockchain shows confirmed but Gamwiz shows pending?
This means transaction is confirmed on blockchain but hasn't reached required confirmations yet. Check how many confirmations you have vs. what Gamwiz requires (e.g., Bitcoin needs 1, Ethereum needs 12). Wait for required confirmations and deposit will auto-credit.
Can I speed up a slow transaction?
Only if your wallet supports RBF (Replace-By-Fee) or CPFP (Child-Pays-For-Parent). These features let you increase the fee after sending. If not supported, you must wait for confirmation or for transaction to be dropped.
