Deposit Not Showing in Account? Here's What to Do | Gamwiz
Crypto deposit missing or delayed? Step-by-step troubleshooting guide to find your deposit and resolve common issues.
If a deposit is missing, open Bank → Deposit → Activity and check the status. Most deposits appear after required blockchain confirmations. Double-check the token, network, and minimum amount before contacting support.
Crypto deposits hit your Gamwiz balance as soon as the blockchain confirms them. If a transfer seems missing, work through this playbook—nearly every case comes down to confirmations, network selection, or minimums.
Open Bank → Deposit
Review the Activity tile
Track the transaction
Fix mismatches
Escalate after confirmations
What to check first
Confirmations drive timing
Gamwiz credits deposits automatically once the blockchain hits the confirmation threshold.
Bank → Deposit → Activity
The Activity panel shows live status, TXID, and confirmation count for every deposit.
Support escalates edge cases
If the blockchain confirms but funds still haven’t appeared, share the TXID with support for a manual credit.
Checklist
Match the token and network
Did you send the same cryptocurrency and network shown in Bank → Deposit? (e.g., USDT ERC20 vs TRC20)
Meet the minimum amount
Each coin lists a minimum under the QR code. Transfers below that value do not auto-credit.
Confirmations reached?
Use the TXID link to confirm the blockchain has reached the required confirmations (e.g., SOL 1, BTC 1–3).
Same address every time
Gamwiz uses static deposit addresses. Verify you copied it correctly without truncation.
Why deposits go missing
Identify the root cause and your funds will appear.
Wrong network
Sent USDT ERC20 to a TRC20 address or vice versa.
Always match the network dropdown shown in Bank before sending.
Save separate addresses for each network in your wallet.
Below minimum
Deposit amount didn’t meet the minimum so it never auto-credited.
Send an additional amount above the minimum; support can merge transfers once total exceeds the requirement.
Check the minimum line under the QR code each time.
Pending confirmations
Blockchain still processing; Gamwiz is waiting for confirmation count.
Monitor the TXID until the required confirmations hit.
Choose faster networks like Solana or Litecoin for urgent deposits.
Wrong address
Address copied incorrectly or to someone else’s wallet.
Contact support with TXID; recovery isn’t guaranteed but the team will advise next steps.
Use the Copy button in Bank instead of typing manually.
Exchange delay
Some exchanges batch withdrawals causing slow broadcasts.
Wait for the exchange to provide a TXID or contact their support.
Use exchanges with instant broadcasts or your own wallet.
Before you contact support
Collect transaction details
Grab the TXID, token, network, and amount so support can trace it immediately.
Screenshot Activity panel
Attach a screenshot from Bank → Deposit showing status and timestamps.
Note the wallet sender
If you sent from an exchange, include the exchange name and withdrawal reference.
Still waiting?
Open Bank → Deposit → Activity to review status or send the TXID to support for a manual trace.

How long should I wait before worrying?
Wait at least 60 minutes after sending. 95% of deposits arrive within 30 minutes. If it's been over 2 hours AND blockchain shows required confirmations, contact support.
Will Gamwiz refund my lost deposit if I sent to wrong address?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you sent to the wrong address, Gamwiz cannot refund you. If you sent to another Gamwiz user's address, we may be able to contact them, but they're not obligated to return funds.
I sent USDT on Solana network, can Gamwiz recover it?
Possibly, but not guaranteed. Contact support immediately with your TXID. Our technical team may be able to access unsupported networks manually, but this takes 3-7 days and may incur recovery fees of $50-100.
My deposit is below minimum, is it lost?
Not necessarily lost, but recovery is manual. Contact support with TXID. For deposits above $10 equivalent, we usually manually credit minus a $10-50 handling fee. Deposits under $5 may be unrecoverable.
Can I speed up a stuck transaction?
If your wallet supports RBF (Replace-By-Fee), you can increase the transaction fee to get faster confirmation. If not, you must wait for the transaction to either confirm or drop from the mempool (usually 3-7 days).
Why does Gamwiz need so many confirmations?
Confirmations prevent double-spending attacks and ensure transaction finality. Different cryptocurrencies require different confirmation counts based on their security model. We use industry-standard requirements.
