Open /shard-shop (or tap the Shard balance in the header) to browse Usernames, Merch, Treasure Chests, Buffs, Spins & Wins, and My Purchases. Prices appear in Arcane Shards, deductions are instant, and every order shows up in My Purchases so you can track it.

Arcane Shards are loyalty points. They do not turn into cash, but they pay for vanity usernames, limited-run merch, temporary boosts, and mystery rewards. The Shard Shop keeps everything in one place so you always know what you can buy and what each item requires.

What appears when the Shard Shop loads

These cues help you stay oriented.

**Tabbed buttons** – Small buttons near the top jump straight to Usernames, Merch, Treasure Chests, Buffs, Spins & Wins, and My Purchases. If a tab is missing it simply means that category is paused.
**Shard balance header** – Your balance switches from USD to Shards the moment you enter, so you can see what you can afford without doing math.
**My Purchases cards** – Four colored cards track how many Shards you have spent on each category. They start at zero and update after every order.
**Redemptions history link** – A link to Lounge → Redemptions sits beside the tabs so you can open the full order table whenever you need more detail.

What happens after you spend

Cards update automatically so you can see how many Shards went to usernames, merch, buffs, and treasure rewards.

Order table

Open Lounge → Redemptions for the full table with Order ID, product name, price, status, and (for merch) tracking links.

Notifications & refunds

Expect alerts for shipments, username approvals, treasure results, and buff activations. Cancelled merch auto-refunds Shards with a short note.

Support help

If something looks off, share the Order ID from My Purchases when you contact support.

Check your Shard balance

Know your spending power before you browse.

Tap the Shard balance or visit /shard-shop from the menu.
Remember that Shards are loyalty points. They never expire, but they also never turn into cash.

Select the tab you need

Use the breadcrumb buttons to jump to Usernames, Merch, Treasure Chests, Buffs, Spins & Wins, or My Purchases.

Each tab shows current prices and any limits.
Tabs disappear only when a category is paused, so there is no need to refresh repeatedly.

Review requirements

Most blocks are surfaced before you spend, so read the notes.

Merch needs KYC Level 1 and a complete shipping address.
Some Treasure Chests require Bronze rank or higher.
Buffs start the second you confirm, so only activate them when you are ready to play.

Confirm the order

Hold the button (merch) or press Confirm (everything else) once you are happy.

The final Shard price is shown right on the confirm screen.
If you do not have enough Shards the button stays disabled and a friendly message explains why.

Track progress in My Purchases

Use the cards and the order table to keep tabs on everything.

You will see status updates for usernames, buffs, chests, and merch.
Merch orders show tracking links once shipped, and cancellations refund the Shards automatically.
If you need help, share the Order ID shown in the table.

Do I need KYC Level 1 for every merch order?

Yes. Physical products only ship to verified customers because carriers need your confirmed name, phone, and address. Treasure Chests may also list KYC Level 1 as a requirement.

What happens when staff cancel a merch order?

You receive a notification explaining why and the Shards return to your balance automatically.

How are provably fair items handled?

Treasure Chests and Spins & Wins use the same provably fair technology as Daily Cashback Roll. You see the result instantly, and it appears in My Purchases.

Can Shards be used for wagers or cashouts?

No. Arcane Shards are loyalty points. They cannot be wagered or withdrawn, and spending them does not reduce your XP or tier.

How do custom username requests move forward?

Enter the name you want in the request form under #usernames. Staff review it, confirm availability, and only then do they deduct the Shards.

Why do some treasure cases show USD pricing?

Special drops, such as limited edition chests, may list a USD price instead of Shards. The amount is shown up front before you choose to open one.
