Redeem Arcane Shards for physical merchandise (hats, t-shirts, hoodies) or treasure cases (cars, watches, laptops, phones, holidays). Some items require KYC Level 1 before fulfillment.

After redemption, confirm your shipping address
Wait for Fulfillment

KYC Level 1 Required
All physical items require Level 1 KYC verification before shipping. This includes your name, date of birth, and address. Complete KYC in Account Settings → Verification.
This is required by law for shipping physical goods and prevents fraud.

Can I use real money instead of Shards?
No. IRL rewards can only be redeemed with Arcane Shards. You earn Shards by playing, completing missions, and participating in tournaments.
