Redeem Arcane Shards inside the Shard Shop (/shard-shop). Merch requires KYC Level 1; digital rewards deliver instantly. All orders log to the Shard ledger and Redemptions history.
Shard Shop categories include Merch, Buffs, Usernames, Treasure Cases, Spins & Wins, and Social/Status Items. The auth header switches to Shard balance while you browse so you always know what you can spend.
How to redeem
- Open /shard-shop (or tap the Shard balance in the auth header).
- Select the category tab (Merch, Buffs, Usernames, Treasure Cases, Spins & Wins, Social/Status Items).
- Confirm the point cost and complete checkout; Shard balance updates immediately.
Merch orders trigger an address confirmation modal. Digital goods land instantly in your account.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I convert Shards back to cash?
No. Shards are a reward currency; redeem them for shop items or boosts only. They cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn.
Does spending Shards reduce my loyalty tier or XP?
No. Spending Shards never reduces your XP or tier. Your loyalty tier is based on lifetime XP earned, not your Shard balance. You can spend Shards freely without affecting your progress.
What happens if an item is sold out?
Sold-out merch remains visible but cannot be purchased until staff restock. Buffs, usernames, treasure cases, and digital goods never show as sold out and are always available.
How do custom username requests work?
Submit the request form under #usernames in the Shard Shop. Staff review all requests and respond via notifications. Shards are only deducted once the username is approved and assigned.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my purchase?
Digital items (buffs, usernames, social items) cannot be refunded once purchased. Merch orders can be cancelled before shipping if you contact support within 24 hours. Shards are not refunded for cancelled custom username requests.
How long do buffs last?
Buffs typically last 24 hours from the time of purchase. The remaining time displays in your Rewards dashboard. Buffs activate instantly when purchased and cannot be paused or extended.
Where do I see my treasure case winnings?
Treasure case rewards appear immediately after opening. Physical prizes require KYC Level 1 and shipping details. Digital rewards (Shards, XP, bonus funds) credit to your account instantly. Check Lounge → Redemptions for order tracking.
Do social status items expire?
No. Social items like VIP badges, animated borders, and custom emoji reactions are permanent purchases. They display across your profile, chat messages, and public activities until you replace them or your account status changes.
Can I transfer Shards to another player?
No. Shards are non-transferable and tied to your account. They cannot be gifted, traded, or transferred between players. All Shard redemptions are permanent and account-specific.
What's the difference between treasure cases and wheel spins?
Treasure cases contain IRL prizes (cash, tech, travel) with weighted odds visible before opening. Wheel spins offer instant digital rewards (Shards, bonus funds) with equal probability per slot. Both are provably fair with predetermined outcomes.
