2.5

Account Closure or Suspension

Gamwiz may suspend, restrict, or close your Account to meet legal obligations, investigate suspicious activity, enforce responsible gaming protections, or safeguard the Platform. Remaining balances are returned unless required for legal retention or offsetting damages, chargebacks, or losses caused by Forbidden Actions (Section 10).

PLAYER WARRANTIES

3.1

Capacity

You are registering and using the Website on your own behalf and are not self-excluded or classified as a compulsive gambler elsewhere.

3.2

Responsible Gaming

Contact support@gamwiz.com to request self-exclusion or a temporary cool-off. Once confirmed, the Account remains locked for the specified period, although you may withdraw available balances. Reactivation requests may be declined if they conflict with responsible gaming safeguards.

3.3

Funds

4.1

Wagering Requirement on Deposits

Serious breaches may lead to Account closure, bonus reversals, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to authorities.

You participate at your own risk. The Website and Games are provided “as is” and “as available”.
