You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity associated with your Account. We encourage two-factor authentication and immediate notice to support@gamwiz.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2.5

Account Closure or Suspension

Gamwiz may suspend, restrict, or close your Account to meet legal obligations, investigate suspicious activity, enforce responsible gaming protections, or safeguard the Platform. Remaining balances are returned unless required for legal retention or offsetting damages, chargebacks, or losses caused by Forbidden Actions (Section 10).

PLAYER WARRANTIES

3.1

Capacity

You are registering and using the Website on your own behalf and are not self-excluded or classified as a compulsive gambler elsewhere.

3.2

Responsible Gaming

Contact support@gamwiz.com to request self-exclusion or a temporary cool-off. Once confirmed, the Account remains locked for the specified period, although you may withdraw available balances. Reactivation requests may be declined if they conflict with responsible gaming safeguards.

3.3

Funds

Deposit only lawful funds intended for genuine gameplay. Gamwiz is not a financial institution; balances do not earn interest and cannot be transferred outside the Website except via approved withdrawals. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

Gamwiz is crypto-only. Deposits are initiated via your dashboard using the supported token and network options shown in the cashier. You must choose the correct token, network, amount, and destination details to avoid irreversible loss.

Gamwiz does not add deposit fees. Normal blockchain or network transfer costs may apply outside Gamwiz, depending on the wallet, exchange, token, and network you use.

Wagering Requirement on Deposits

Serious breaches may lead to Account closure, bonus reversals, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to authorities.

You participate at your own risk. The Website and Games are provided “as is” and “as available”.
