Because Gamwiz operates on blockchain payments and server-authoritative game outcomes, refunds are exceptional. This policy explains when reviews occur, what evidence is required, and how outcomes are enforced.

Refund Eligibility Reference

Non-Refundable Gameplay

Deposits used for wagering cannot be refunded once play has occurred.

Confirmed technical errors affecting balance.

Duplicate deposits or incorrectly credited amounts.

Time Limits

Submit refund requests within 24 hours of deposit. If you provide a sworn statement that an unauthorised individual accessed your account, the window extends to 30 days.

Requests are considered only when your activity complies with Gamwiz Terms and Conditions. Approval is discretionary and not guaranteed.

Deposits made through third-party payment systems must be refunded directly by those providers under their policies.

Verification

All payments and refund requests undergo review. We may require proof that any linked external account belongs to you.

Supporting Documentation

Additional documents may be requested, including government ID, proof of address, payment confirmations, affidavits, or other evidence. Failure to respond within three business days may lead to denial.

Fees

Gamwiz does not charge refund fees except when third-party processors levy their own charges.

Irreversible Bets

Bets are transmitted almost instantly. Once submitted, they cannot be cancelled, making refunds generally unavailable.

External Platform Errors

If a cancellation notice is received from an external platform but the wager settles, the cancellation was too late or resulted from an external error; refunds are not available.

Authentication Safeguards

Gamwiz relies on secure confirmation tools. Accidental wagers without confirmation are highly unlikely and are not eligible for refunds.

Winnings Restored

If winnings are cancelled in error, contact support@gamwiz.com. Restored winnings are credited to the same account only.

Service Commission

Service commissions deducted from winnings cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Identity Verification

Refunds may be withheld until identity verification is complete. Failure to provide notarised or certified documents within 30 days results in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Using bots, software-assisted tools, or other devices to influence outcomes is prohibited. Winnings linked to such activity may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Destinations

Withdrawals are available only to approved methods owned by you (e.g., bank accounts, supported e-wallets, or cryptocurrency wallets).

This policy may be updated periodically; the version dated 1 October 2025 supersedes earlier versions.

Non-refundable scenarios

Completed wagers, spins, or missions cannot be reversed once the outcome is settled.

Arcane Shards, buffs, treasure cases, and merch purchases are final and never converted to cash.

Deposits sent on the wrong network or to outside addresses fall outside Gamwiz’s control.

Attach screenshots and KYC reference if applicable.

Verification

We may request additional documents or proof you own the payment method.

We review account activity and Safeplay status to rule out abuse.

Eligible case types

A review may proceed when platform records show:

  • Duplicate or orphaned blockchain confirmations with no corresponding wallet credit.

  • Documented unauthorized access despite multifactor protection (requires sworn statement and police report on request).

  • Technical error where a bet or withdrawal mis-posted due to a verified outage.

  • Party settlements that fail to follow the agreed equity split after an enforced dissolution.

Bets and commissions

Completed bets are not reversed. Network or service commissions are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks can lead to account closure and reports to payment providers.

How to submit a refund request

Open a support ticket using the in-product contact links and provide:

  • Username, registered email, and proof that you control the wallet used for the transaction.

  • Transaction hash, network, token, amount, and timestamp.

  • Game ID, mission reference, or party slug if gameplay is involved.

  • Safeplay or KYC reference numbers tied to the event.

  • Any supporting documents (screenshots, signed statements, police reports).

Process

Finance reviews in order received; timelines depend on complexity and payment partners.

If approved, the refund goes back to the same originating method where possible.

Closure and fraud

False or repetitive requests may trigger fraud review, limits, or account closure.

Review process & outcomes

Gamwiz Inc. analyses ledger entries, session logs, and Safeplay states. We may freeze balances while investigating.

If the platform confirms an error, the wallet is corrected by crediting or debiting the affected entry. If the claim is denied, the original transaction stands.

Chargebacks filed without cooperating may be treated as a breach of the Terms and can lead to balance forfeiture.

Email support@gamwiz.com with your username, transaction ID, deposit method, date, amount, reason for the request, and supporting documentation. Refund investigations are handled case by case and approval is not guaranteed.

Refund FAQs

Can I cancel a bet after pressing play?

No. Bets resolve instantly and cannot be voided unless Gamwiz confirms a system malfunction.

What if my withdrawal is pending during a Safeplay block?

Safeplay status overrides withdrawals. Funds remain withdraw-only until the timer ends; refunds are not issued unless an error occurred.

How are party disputes handled?

We rely on ledger entries, roster roles, and inactivity timers. If those records match the configured split, no refund is granted.

What happens after a failed investigation?

Support explains the denial. Repeated unfounded claims or chargebacks may trigger Account closure under the Terms.
