Can I use a mobile phone bill?
No. Mobile phone bills are not accepted. Use landline bills, utility bills, or bank statements instead.
What if my address doesn't match my ID?
That's okay. Your proof of address can show a different address than your ID. See our guide 'What If Address Doesn't Match ID' for details.
Can I hide my bank transactions?
Yes. You can black out transaction details for privacy. Just keep your name, address, date, and bank logo visible.
Are digital bills accepted?
Yes. Download official PDFs from your provider's website. Screenshots are not accepted.
How long does verification take?
**24-48 hours** for standard processing. Weekend submissions reviewed Monday.
What if my document is rejected?
You'll get email feedback on what to fix (common: too old, name mismatch, unreadable). Just resubmit with corrections.
