Enter username and password
When prompted for 2FA code, click 'Use backup code instead'
Enter one of your 10 backup codes (each works once)
You'll be logged in immediately
Go to Settings → Security → Disable 2FA
Re-enable 2FA with your new device

Use Authy Cloud Backup (15 minutes)

You used Authy app and enabled cloud backup
Steps:
Install Authy on your new device
Log into Authy with the same phone number/email
Your Gamwiz 2FA will sync automatically
Use the code from Authy to log into Gamwiz
Update your backup codes from Settings → Security
💡 This ONLY works if you used Authy with backup enabled. Google Authenticator doesn't have cloud backup.

Common Recovery Mistakes
Trying to Use Old Device's Screenshot
A static screenshot shows an expired 2FA code that will never validate.
Use a backup code to sign in or re-add Gamwiz to your authenticator using the secret key. Do not rely on screenshots.
Store backup codes in a password manager and copy the secret key during setup. Consider Authy with cloud backup for safe device migration.
Contacting Support Without ID
Recovery cannot start because identity cannot be verified.
Submit a clear government ID and a selfie holding the ID, plus your username, registered email, last deposit date, and approximate balance.
Keep a valid photo ID handy and ensure your Gamwiz email is accessible. Start recovery from the official site to upload documents securely.
Creating New Account Instead
A new account does not restore funds, VIP progress, or history and may violate terms.
Recover the original account using a backup code or support-assisted ID verification. Do not create a duplicate account.
Set up multiple recovery options (backup codes in two places, Authy multi-device) and keep contact details up to date.
