Use this guide to understand the full flow: what to verify before you place a ticket, what controls settlement, when voids apply, and how review works if you dispute a result.

Sections

01

Section 1

Before you place a bet

Check the market name, selection, stake, and potential return before confirming. The exact market wording controls settlement later.

Odds, limits, and market availability can move quickly. Only the accepted ticket in your history is binding; a slip preview is not.

For complex tickets (same-game combos, accumulators, props), review each leg carefully because one incorrect leg can change the whole payout profile.

02

Section 2

How confirmation and settlement work

A bet is accepted only when it is recorded in your history with a bet ID and the stake is deducted from your balance.

Settlement uses official competition data and the exact scope on your ticket (for example, regular time only vs. including overtime/extra time).

If official data is corrected by the governing source, settlements may be adjusted according to the sportsbook rules applicable to that market.

03

Section 3

When bets may be voided and refunded

A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled or abandoned, if official results are unavailable, or if a clear pricing/market error is identified.

When voided, stake treatment follows the specific market and bet type rules, including how singles and multiples are recalculated.

A void is not a win or a loss result; it removes invalid exposure so your final balance reflects only validly settled outcomes.

04

Section 4

Multiples and special outcomes

If one leg of a multiple/parlay is void, the final payout is recalculated under the rules for that ticket type rather than paid as originally quoted.

Dead-heats, non-runners, walkovers, replays, and similar edge cases are handled using the sport/market-specific rules.

Player and team status scenarios (for example withdrawals, substitutions, roster updates) are resolved by the relevant market conditions, not by generic assumptions.

Section 5

If you think a bet was settled incorrectly

Contact support and include your bet ID, event details, and the settlement you believe is incorrect so the review can start immediately.

The team checks your ticket against official result sources and the market rules that were in force at acceptance time.

Where an error is confirmed, settlement is corrected. For full market-by-market detail and edge-case handling, use the official Betting Rules PDF shown below.
